The construction, installation, incorporation alteration, removal, demolition, maintenance,
and the design of plumbing systems shall be conducted in accordance with the specifications,
standards and provisions of the 2007 Florida Building Code; Plumbing and 2009 supplements.
Each provision of the Code specified herein shall be automatically amended to incorporate
each prospective revision adopted by the Florida Building Code. A true and correct
copy of the code shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk, and each provision
of said code is fully adopted and incorporated herein by reference.
