§ 5-28. Right of entry, inspection for enforcement purposes.

The city building inspector is hereby authorized and empowered to enter upon and inspect any building of any nature now under construction or which may hereafter be placed under construction in the city, for the purpose of requiring strict observance of and compliance with all laws, ordinances, rules or regulations of the state or the city.
